Appointment Policies

Online Appointment       

Appointments made online require a deposit which will go towards the service. Online appointments will guarantee appointment time and will allow us to better service you. We will take online appointments first before we take any walk-ins or phone call appointments. 

Phone Appointments       
 
Appointments made over the phone will be considered Walk-Ins. We do not take credit cards over the phone for appointments, please make your appointments online to secure spot.  Phone appointments and walk-Ins will be given on a first come first serve basis.   Please call  or email us for your preferred time and service so we can better accommodate you. 

Lateness                  

In the case that you are running late please give us a call, after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered a walk-in if you decide to be serviced. (Deposits will be non-refundable due to lateness). Spots will not be reserved due to lateness. Priority for services will also be given on a first come first serve basis

Cancellations

In the case that you need to cancel your appointment please give us a call within 24 hrs prior to cancellalation. 
Cancellation of appointments can be made up to 3 times within 24 hours each time, deposits will be forfeited and nonrefundable after 3rd change if client decides they need to cancel. No refunds on same day cancellations. 

Appointments made within or less than 24 hours of appointment time and then cancelled, deposits will not be refundable. 

No Show Policy

In an event of a no- show the payment made for the services will not be refunded. 


 

Deposits

All Appointments with deposits are Nonrefundable. Clients can get a store credit for appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours. 


 

Payment Policies

Pricing

Prices of services are displayed on the menu. Prices may vary based on changes, add-ons, and/or additional task. Please request for pricing before services.

Salon Reward cards are offered for all customers in store and at the time of service. 

Customers cannot combine discounts; only rewards and one discount can be used per customer per visit. 

Payment Method

We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Minimum of $10 to pay with card ( %5 charge on debit and credit payments.)

We have the right to request for payment before any services.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for 1 year starting from the day of purchase. Purchases can only be made in store. 

Wellness Nail Studio will honor all Gift certificates from Magic Nails according to date of purchase. 

Deposits

Deposits will be counted towards services and will be "nonrefundable."  Customers will pay the remaining balance at the time of service. Deposits for appointments can be made online or instore. If you decide to change the type of service requested at the time of booking during your appointment time you can obtain a store credit. 

Pay Before Service

All clients are required to make full payment for their services before services are performed. Payment can be made online or in person at our salon. All online appointments require a partial deposit and the remaining balance is paid in full at the salon. We have the right to refuse services if payments are not made.

Additional Services

If clients decide to add any extra services during appointment or after payment is made an additional payment will be required before the provision of services. 

In-Store Policies

Surveillance

For the safety of our staff and customers, our salon is monitored 24/7 under digital surveillance. 

Health Concerns

We request that you inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses prior to your appointment/service. This way all services will be performed safely. We provide individual nail kits for all customers for sanitary purposes. Sanitation at our salon is top priority. We are not responsible for any inherent risks associated with nail services not disclosed to our employees. 

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for your personal items/belongings. We advise you to keep your belongings next to you/by your service area.

Service Satisfaction

We take pride in providing high quality services to our clients. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service that you receive, please bring it to our attention immediately, and we will make an effort to address and resolve your concerns the best to our abilities. However, this does not entail a refund for the service provided. In this case, we can redo the services or offer a salon credit, denial of services to be redone will not result in a refund. 

No Refunds

We have a "No Refund", policy for all services rendered at our salon. Once a service has been provided it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. All appointment deposits are also nonrefundable. 

Right to service

Our Employees at Wellness Nail Studio take pride in  our services with an upmost level of customer service, we have the right to refuse services to anyone.
